The growing season is from April through October, and could include November if it is a warm month. All vacant lots must be mowed by the 7th of each month. Inspections will be done on the 8th of each month. If the grass is not mowed, it will at that time be contracted by the Peninsula to be done.
-
The first time a lot must be contracted to be mowed, there will be a $25 administrative fee + cost of mowing.
-
The second time a lot must be contracted to be mowed, there will be a $100 administrative fee + cost of mowing.
-
The third time a lot must be contracted to be mowed, there will be a $200 administrative fee + cost of mowing.
Please do not forget to mow ditches, around electrical boxes and around any signs that may be on your lot.
Developed lots are to be mowed so as to maintain an attractive appearance, generally at least weekly during the growing season.
Lets all help keep The Peninsula on Lake Granbury a beautiful subdivision! Thank you for your cooperation.
